How long are the classes?

Each Swim and Survive lesson run for 30 minutes.

Will a Parent need to be in the water?

A parent is required to be in the water with our Little Wonders 1-3. Our Little Wonders 4 class it is recommended parents are not in the water to begin to transition the child to be in the water alone. However, if it is necessary for your child, you are able to begin in the water with them.

Can I drop my child off for their lessons then leave the centre?

No. Under 10 years, a parent or guardian must remain at the centre and supervise the child through the duration of the lesson. Children under 16 years of age and over 10 years of age, we strongly encourage parents to remain in the facility in the event parental assistance is required. .

Can I freeze my lessons?

Yes, you can! We allow 4 weeks of complimentary freeze per calendar year per Swim School student. These periods must be a minimum period of 7 days.

Can I cancel my lessons any time?

Yes. Our cancellation policy allows to cancel at any time requiring only 14 days’ notice. You are still able to attend your lessons throughout this 14-day period.

How long are the Swim and Survive terms?

Our Swim and Survive is now an ongoing enrolment, we no longer operate in terms. There will be a 4 week break over the Christmas and New year break, but Families will be advised prior.

Can we play before and after the session?

Yes! As part of your child’s Swim and Survive enrolment they have free access to casual play in our aquatic areas at any time under operational hours, including before and after their swim lesson.

What level will my child be in? Will they need an assessment?

When booking in your child, our team will run you through some questions to best determine your child’s level.

Your child will be assessed during their first couple of lessons to ensure that they are placed in the correct class for their ability/age.
